Yes. Dust & Bin is fully bonded and insured, with $2 million in liability coverage — double the industry-recommended amount. Your home and peace of mind are always protected when you book with us.

Not at all. Our team arrives fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies, products, and equipment, including eco-friendly solutions that leave your space sparkling clean.

No contract is required. We do, however, have a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

That’s completely up to you. You’re welcome to stay home, come and go during the appointment, or leave while we clean. Our staff are experienced, trustworthy, and comfortable working in homes with or without clients present.

Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of the space. Most standard cleanings take between 2–5 hours. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate when booking.
